A: We provide 1 year warranty. During the 1 year warranty if electronic parts have problem, our company will send you replacement parts for free and help you to change the parts. When the warranty expired, we will still give you technical support for free. The only difference is the replacement part no longer free. So, we provide lifelong after sales service to you as long as you use our printer.
